Trip-aware assessment

When are you flying out? That's the deadline. We work backwards from your booked trip and the type of skiing or boarding you do.

Conditioning protocol

Pre-season load build — quads, glutes, knee resilience, core. Six weeks out is ideal, four works, two is triage.

Acute injury rehab

Mid-season injury, next trip booked? Realistic return timeline. Sometimes that's "yes for the second week." Sometimes it's "no — but ready for spring."

Ongoing maintenance

If you ski annually, the body needs annual prep. Single-session reset, programme refresh, ready for first lift.
