Driver-position load profile

Full assessment in driving posture and rotation. We need to know what your seat does — bring photos or come in helmet-and-suit if you can.

Pre-weekend tune

48–72h before a race weekend. Mobility reset, soft-tissue work, neck activation. You arrive on Friday loose, not stiff from the road trip.

Between-session reset

Same-day work between qualifying and race. Travel-ready kit, on-paddock options. Coordinated with your engineer's set-up changes.

Off-season build

Neck endurance, lumbar tolerance, hand & forearm strength. Specific to your category and season schedule. Periodised against the calendar.

Race-weekend reality: Friday practice, two qualifying sessions, two races. By Sunday, neck and lumbar are usually shot. Pre-weekend prep + same-day reset between sessions keeps you fast.
